When I spoke to my travel agency they denied me a refund citing that I booked a restricted fare. My flight was cancelled and I got the information that my cancellation was due to travel. The worst thing about my travel agency si I called them 5-6 times, talk them for hours and still they didn’t fixed the mistake. I spoke to the British Airways agent Linda, and she simply calmed me down, and gave me a prompt solution to my query. Flight kept getting delayed and eventually got cancelled. BA offered accommodation for 7 days and agreed to defer our tickets to a later date.
